Beef Stroganoff


Ingredients

2 Tbls. butter or margarine
½ cup sliced onion
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 lb. top sirlion, cut into thin strips
1/3 cup water
1 can mushroom soup
½ cup sour cream

Directions

In skillet, melt butter. Add onions and garlic. Add sirlion and cook until meat is brown. Add water and continue cooking until meat is tender (about 30 minutes). Stir in remaining ingredients and simmer until all ingredients are thoroughly heated. Serve over hot cooked noodles or white rice.
